Wheeler, at ‘net neutrality’ hearing, calls for proactive cyber strategy to protect emerging networks

Congress' return to the contentious debate over “net neutrality” presents an opportunity to strategically bake security into emerging networks, former Federal Communications Commission Chairman Tom Wheeler said Thursday, responding to growing concerns over providers' use of equipment from low-cost Chinese suppliers.
