The Week Ahead: A long-awaited privacy hearing in Senate, DOD hosts certification meeting

Congress is back and a long-sputtering Senate effort on privacy legislation may show flashes of life at a hearing this week, while Defense Department officials meet with industry on aspects of the Pentagon’s landmark cyber certification program.
