Congressional hearings this week will examine the cybersecurity of the nation's electricity grid, Pentagon expenditures on the military's data-security operations, and the cyber implications of foreign investment, while an advisory panel for the National Institute of Standards and Technology will discuss threats from the Internet of Things and automated attacks.
