The Week Ahead: FCC votes on digital discrimination, wireless 911 proposals at monthly meeting

The Federal Communications Commission holds its monthly meeting Wednesday to consider and vote on proposals on ensuring equal access to broadband and improving wireless 911 call routing, while delaying action on closely watched cyber items floated by Chairman Jessica Rosenworcel earlier this year.
