The Week Ahead: Defense bill addressing cyber heads to the floor amid packed agenda

The fiscal 2018 National Defense Authorization Act -- which contains landmark cybersecurity provisions and could be the vehicle for federal IT modernization -- is expected to reach the Senate floor this week, while lawmakers also take up financial and electric sector cyber issues and Trump administration officials speak at a number of industry conferences.
