Venable’s Geiger sees potential impacts from Supreme Court Chevron case on cyber regulations

The Supreme Court’s decision to overturn a longstanding ruling giving agencies the ability to interpret federal laws will have a “sweeping effect on regulations” in cybersecurity, according to Venable’s Harley Geiger.

The Looper Bright Enterprises v.
