U.S. Chamber urges SEC to delay cyber incident reporting rule, convene meetings on next steps

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is asking the Securities and Exchange Commission to put a pause on new incident reporting and cyber risk management requirements, following the approval of a controversial rulemaking last month that will require most publicly traded companies to comply by December.
