U.S. Chamber of Commerce calls for pre-emptive federal law to strengthen IoT security, extend liability protection

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce wants Congress to pass a new law for Internet of Things security to streamline “fragmented” cybersecurity approaches, while extending liability protection to promote industry adoption.
