Underwriters Laboratories joins IT Sector Coordinating Council amid renewed debate on certification

Cybersecurity certifiers Underwriters Laboratories has been accepted as a member of the Information Technology Sector Coordinating Council, which positions the company to influence the Department of Homeland Security's determination of what should go into a potential certification program for Information and Communications Technology, a UL executive confirmed.
