TSA’s Pekoske cites tighter bonds with industry on cyber amid robust info-sharing, flexible approach to regulation

TSA administrator David Pekoske, two years after the Colonial Pipeline ransomware attack thrust his agency’s regulatory role into the spotlight, said a flexible approach to cyber regulation, coordination with CISA and other agencies, and a firm commitment to two-way information sharing with industry have improved cybersecurity across pipeline and other transportation systems.
