President Trump cited mitigating cyber threats to election systems as a “top priority” in designating November as Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience Month -- and said cyber threats to U.S. critical infrastructure are “increasing” -- while a top Senate Democrat is lambasting the president's efforts on election security and elsewhere.
