Trump orders investigation into CISA activities through Justice Dept. as part of Krebs security clearance memo

President Trump’s memorandum revoking the security clearance of former Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Director Chris Krebs contains a requirement for the Justice Department and the Department of Homeland Security to launch an investigation into the agency’s activities over the past six years.

The April 9 memorandum directs the Attorney General and Homeland Security Secretary “to take all appropriate action to review Krebs' activities as a Government employee, including his leadership of CISA.”
