Trump issues executive order on cyber workforce, drawing positive response from Congress

President Trump issued an executive order Thursday designed to strengthen the nation’s cyber workforce, with provisions to encourage use of a related National Institute of Standards and Technology framework and to establish a rotational program for federal workers, as lawmakers from both sides of the aisle offered positive reviews.
