TikTok sues Trump administration over executive order

Video-sharing app TikTok is suing the Trump administration over an executive order issued earlier this month blocking the service from transactions with its parent company Byte Dance based on concerns about national security threats from China, with the company arguing the order violates its right of due process under the U.S. Constitution.
