Technology think tank outlines how U.S. can ‘rebalance’ supply chains with China

The Information Technology Innovation Foundation has issued a four-part strategy on how the United States can remain a dominant global superpower and strengthen information and communications technology supply chains around the world, even as China continues to expand its footprint as an ICT supplier.
