Tech industry says NIST framework could ease government's move to cloud computing

BALTIMORE, MD. Security concerns and the compliance requirements related to those vulnerabilities are some of the biggest obstacles to the federal government fully embracing cloud computing, while use of the National Institute of Standards and Technology's framework of cybersecurity standards could help overcome those challenges, according to tech industry officials who support movement to the cloud.
