Tech companies, telecoms urge FCC to support Open Radio Access Network ecosystem to spur innovation, not mandates

Technology companies and telecommunications groups are asking the Federal Communications Commission to consider the full scope of the Open Radio Access Network marketplace when it comes to implementing new security and vendor diversity policies, and to encourage the government to participate in discussions with international standards bodies.
