Survey: Significant majority of millennials disapprove of data collection practices, want privacy law

An alliance of business associations and other entities including conservative activists has published a survey disputing the notion that Americans are growing out of their privacy concerns and -- in calling for Congress to pass legislation -- illuminating a potential rift within industry over issues like data minimization.
