A summer of cyber watch-fors: Botnet plans, DHS initiatives, Senate moves

The July Fourth holiday may bring a brief respite from action on cyber policy, but the rest of the summer promises to be filled with activity ranging from federal initiatives on botnets, supply chains and other issues, to lawmakers searching for ways to complete work on DHS' cyber role, cyber diplomacy and other pressing matters.

Regardless of what Congress gets around to doing this summer, plenty of real and significant action can be found across federal agencies, especially in July....
