Strayer’s departure highlights progress, unresolved questions in State Dept.’s cyber program

Outgoing State Department cyber official Robert Strayer is earning high marks for his work, while his departure resurrects organizational issues around cybersecurity at the department that had been put aside amid a whirlwind of activity around global diplomatic efforts related to 5G, COVID-19 and China.
