State’s Ford cites progress in cyber diplomacy, amid department’s ongoing reorganization effort

The United States is making “important strides” in rallying like-minded nations around norms of behavior in cyberspace, according to senior State Department official Christopher Ford, although organizational changes are still urgently needed in Foggy Bottom to fully support diplomatic efforts on cybersecurity.
