Staffing: Biden-Harris names OMB tech leaders; Portman, Katko flesh out teams for Homeland Security panels

David Recordon and Austin Lin will serve as the top technology officers at the White House Office of Management and Budget, while on Capitol Hill, Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH) named his staff for the Homeland Security panel and the new top Republican on the House Homeland Security Committee has selected a CISA official as chief of staff.

Recordon on Tuesday was named OMB’s director of technology, after serving as deputy CTO for the Biden-Harris transition.
