Spending, defense measures are done and cyber work is teed up for next year

Impeachment and cyber-free 2020 presidential debates have helped drown out what's shaped up as a busy congressional session when it comes to cybersecurity issues – and with plenty of cyber legislative leftovers for lawmakers to consider when they return from the holidays.
