Some lawmakers work the basics on cyber; uncertainties remain over leadership, funding issues

A Senate committee is highlighting cybersecurity issues to demonstrate its focus on the nation's business amid the tumult of an impeachment inquiry, while the appointment of a new acting chief at DHS didn't exactly calm those waters, and there's still no deal on long-term funding for Homeland Security, Defense and other departments.
