Solarium staffers discuss approach to regulation, ‘most critical’ functions; draft legislation to post soon

“Operationalizing” cyber coordination between government and the private sector involves a renewed focus on “most critical” entities and an enhanced industry role in shaping the type of intelligence officials are collecting, according to Cyberspace Solarium Commission staffers, who also discussed their overall approach to regulation during a webinar Wednesday.
