Solarium Commission’s deterrence strategy gets mixed feedback from academics

The Cyberspace Solarium Commission’s report lays out a strategy to improve the nation’s national security posture, but past experiences and lack of a cohesive government response effort could make the commission’s proposed approach ineffective, academics said at an event on Tuesday.
