Software liability is still vexing some stakeholders as NTIA transparency effort advances

The Commerce Department's multistakeholder initiative on software transparency is at the center of an ongoing debate about the need and efficacy of establishing liability within an industry whose products are currently recognized as the most successful vector for cybersecurity attacks.
