Senators turn to protecting IT and cyber funding added to COVID-19 package as floor debate begins

The Senate today launches into debate over a $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief measure that includes government technology modernization and cybersecurity funding eagerly sought by industry groups, after the House declined to include the approximately $10 billion in the version it passed last week.
