Senate leader Schumer: China package due for May vote; House GOP voices concerns

Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D-NY) wants the Senate to vote this month on a legislative package aimed at making the U.S. more competitive with China, though the legislation faces an uncertain future in the House, where the Republican Study Committee has raised issues with the centerpiece of the package.
