Senate Homeland Security clears cyber recovery fund bill, plus measures on risk management and workforce

The Senate Homeland Security Committee has approved a handful of bipartisan cybersecurity bills, including one that supporters say will improve coordination and the availability of essential resources to respond to incidents such as the ransomware attack on Colonial Pipeline, and another addressing risk management for “national critical functions.”
