Senate Democrats question DHS funding on election security, while CISA officials stress its priority

Senate Democratic leaders on homeland security issues are questioning DHS' commitment to election security, describing the department's proposed budget for fiscal 2020 as pulling back on supporting state-level activities for defending against foreign interference.
