Senate defense bill includes revamped measure allowing CISA to subpoena Internet Service Providers

Senators have folded into the annual defense policy bill legislation that would empower the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency to subpoena internet service providers for information on critical infrastructure entities, when CISA detects vulnerabilities in their systems.
