Senate bill on streamlining cyber regulation appears months away from introduction

A new proposal from Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Chairman Ron Johnson (R-WI) to streamline cybersecurity regulations across the federal government is in the preliminary stages, with multiple industry and congressional sources saying draft text has not yet been circulated to key lawmakers and industry stakeholders.
