Senate appropriators seek input on CISA infrastructure efforts, expand JCDC funding in new spending bill

Senate Appropriations Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-VT) has released his version of fiscal 2022 DHS and other spending bills, with hikes for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency as well as a warning that lawmakers want more transparency on critical infrastructure efforts including work around “National Critical Functions.”
