Senate advances short-term CISA 2015, cyber grant program reauthorizations through continuing resolution

The Senate has advanced in a 60-40 vote a continuing resolution to end the government shutdown, which includes short-term reauthorizations for a major info-sharing law and a state and local cyber grant program run by CISA and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
