Sen. Warner to appropriators: Provide funding for agency technology modernization projects

Senate Intelligence Chairman Mark Warner (D-VA) is calling for $300 million in the fiscal 2023 budget for the Technology Modernization Fund, which has been tapped by agencies to finance projects on zero trust and modernizing legacy IT systems.
