Sen. Carper focuses on personally identifiable info in cybersecurity query to Census Bureau, CISA

A notable security advocate says more attention should be given to the Census -- to be conducted online for the first time ever in 2020 -- including ramifications beyond the exposure of personally identifiable information, as highlighted in a letter last week to administration officials from Sen. Tom Carper (D-DE).
