Secretary Nielsen urges 'reorganization' of congressional DHS oversight, calls for passage of NPPD bill

Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen called Tuesday for a “reorganization” of the way Congress oversees her department, citing the slow pace of work on DHS-related legislation, including the pending bill to rename the National Protection and Programs Directorate and elevate it to a cybersecurity agency.
