SEC publishes proposed regulation on ‘systems compliance and integrity’ to address tech developments

The Securities and Exchange Commission has posted for comment the last of three cyber-related requirements that the SEC voted to propose in March, opening a 60-day comment period on amending so-called “Regulation Systems Compliance and Integrity” intended to “reflect technological developments in the markets.”
