Schumer, Pelosi join bipartisan group of lawmakers in urging Biden action on security reviews for outbound investment

Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D-NY) and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), along with the sponsors of the National Critical Capabilities Defense Act, on Tuesday called on President Biden to take executive action to create an outbound investment review mechanism they say would enhance U.S. security in the face of Chinese and Russian threats.
