Rubio backs report warning states about cyber threats from China

Citing a new report that says states are increasingly at risk of cyber attacks from Beijing, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) is calling on the U.S. government to join with other democratic countries in a “consortium” to develop data technology alternatives to those from China.
