Restaurant group urges SEC to rescind cyber proposal, disputes premise of incidents affecting stock price

The National Restaurant Association disagrees with an underlying premise of proposed SEC rules that cybersecurity incidents affect share price, and says the proposal should be rescinded as the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency develops its own incident reporting rule under a new law.
