Report on '16 election hack: Burr cites security improvements, Warner warns on 'hyper-partisanship'

A new report from the Senate Intelligence Committee provides a bipartisan assessment and analysis of Russian cyber and other activities aimed at the 2016 elections, while perspectives offered by the panel's leaders reflect ongoing divisions over the most significant cybersecurity policy takeaways from the last presidential election.
