Rep. McCaul targets Huawei in call for national strategy to counter threats from China

The top Republican on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Rep. Michael McCaul (R-TX), is calling for a national strategy to counter threats from China, while singling out tech giant Huawei as an immediate risk to the security of networks and intelligence sharing with allies.
