Rep. Latta to hold 'listening session' on third-party issues in breach notice

Rep. Bob Latta (R-OH) has decided to hold another “listening session” with industry groups as the House Energy and Commerce Committee continues to mull next steps on consumer data-breach notification -- and as the House Financial Services Committee prepares to move a bill in that panel.
