Regional electric grid regulators question FERC order in opposing cyber supply-chain rules

Regulators for the Midwest electric grid, which includes some of the nation's largest utilities, are questioning the basis of a federal order on the cybersecurity of vendors and the supply chain, and are calling for a major rewrite of proposed regulations by officials who oversee the reliability of the nation's electricity system.
