A real cyber policy push is unfolding beyond the investigative spotlight
House Homeland Security Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) held a hearing this week to help get the cybersecurity policy ball rolling, even as the spotlight is trained on investigations into Russian election meddling and related issues at Congress' two intelligence panels and other committees.
