Ponemon survey: Companies globally unprepared for EU GDPR breach reporting rules

A new survey by the Ponemon Institute finds companies across the globe, including in China and Japan, are unprepared for the data-breach reporting requirements of the Europe Union's General Data Protection Regulation which went into effect last year, putting many at risk of lawsuits.
