Pentagon moves on cyber fronts; eyes are on DHS, Commerce for EO implementation

Supply-chain efforts – for both government and private-sector networks – were ground-zero in regulatory and collaborative discussions on cybersecurity over the past week, while Rob Joyce, the National Security Agency's cyber adviser, publicly mulled the role that rules could play in securing Internet of Things devices.
