Pentagon announces completion of CMMC internal review process

The Pentagon has announced the conclusion of the internal review of its cyber certification program for defense contractors, which the Defense Department says carves out a path for a new “strategic direction” with a focus on “minimizing barriers” to compliance and instilling “public trust” in the CMMC process.
